To start this wonderful journey you will need

#5005J-Butterfly Frame Digital Stamp Set. Size the frame image 5"x3-7/8"; copy and paste on 2nd half of page. Select a sentiment and place under the frame and to the right of the Butterfly as shown.

Print on Hammermill® White 100lb. Coverstock.

Color as desired...

I chose to use Copic® Markers. A full list of colors are listed above. This is a FUN color challenge.

Once colored, cut out the center portion of the frame as shown.

Cut around a portion of the 2 Butterfly wings as shown. I left a little to allow for a shadow.

I used the largest Tonic® Mixed Edge Rectangle Layering Die and slid it under the wings of the Butterflies. Position as desired, I moved bottom close to the sentiment and run through the Big Shot. Ran a second time to minimize the extra at the top.

Cut a 2-1/2"x2-1/2" square of mirrored card

stock and adhere to the back side of the frame to show through the opening as shown.

Use C1 to color in your shadows.

You will need a 5"x7" Z-Fold Cardbase.

Using the Park Lane® - floral wonders pad I used the greenery and cut a 4"x7" rectangle. Edged the rectangle with VersaMagic® Aloe Vera. Adhere the rectangle to the front panel under the flap as shown.

Cut a 2"x7" rectangle of the Dried Sage from my stash and edge with the VersaMagic® Aloe Vera. Adhere the Dried Sage rectangle to the front flap as shown.

Using the Park Lane® - floral wonders pad I used the pastel pink floral and cut a

1-1/2"x7" rectangle. Edge the rectangle with VersaMagic® Aloe Vera. Adhere the rectangle to the right edge of the inside panel as shown.

Adhere the Butterfly Frame carefully to the card front flap. Do NOT adhere to the front panel of interior panel.

Fussy cut the 2nd set of Butterflies. Fold the wings up on each side of the body as shown.

Align and adhere 3 of the Butterflies to the coordinating Butterfly as shown. Giving the card dimension and flight!

OPTIONAL: Using a couple of scraps of the cardstock, edge using VersaMagic® Aloe Vera, arrange with a name plaque and adhere to the backside of the card.

I hope you enjoyed this flight of the Butterflies journey and that you might stop by again.
