INDEPENDENCE DAY FRIENDS

Good Day Digi Divas- thanks for stopping by. Back by popular demand! I've had several requests recently for a new digi set featuring Eunice and Gertrude. SO- I called up the girls and they said they were ready to go! Let me show you my NEW Independence Day Friends Digital Stamp Set. The girls are back and they're BADDER than ever! Let's raise a glass (as they usually do) and celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY! Together we keep AMERICA strong!

My Independence Day Friends Digi Set contains 17 images total. Black & Whites images, Hand colored images (for quick and easy cards) and matching sentiments. Eunice and Gertrude are ready to Get Lit! What's more American than Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Flags and Fireworks... Oh, and the wine!

Are you ready to join in and make your own Memorial Day/4th of July card? Eunice and Gertrude are ready to go! I started my party by making a 4-3/4" x 6-3/4" rectangle and filled it with red and blue fireworks. I then inserted my flag waving friends. I then served up the hamburger, hot dog, and the wine. I copied and pasted the girls, food and flags images to color and fussy cut to mount on Foam Tape and give the card depth. I colored with Copic® Markers and used glitter pens for the fireworks. Size the sentiment to about 1-3/8" and used a 1-1/2" circle die to cut-out. Edged the rectangle and the circle with VersaMark® Aegean Blue Ink. On a 5"x7" base card I used 1/2" Tear-ific® Tape around the edges Adhere the Rectangle Image in the center of the card base. Peel the protective on the 1/2" tape and then adhere 1/8" tape around the outside edge of the card base, leaving the protective film on. On a coffee filter set the card base and sprinkle Navy Glitter and burnish in, empty excess off. Peel the 1/8" protective film and repeat using Fire Engine Red Glitter. Using Foam Tape I adhered the fussy cut on top of the main image and use double foam tape on the sentiment. Last but not least I used Nuvo® Crystal Drops on the girls eye glasses and wine glasses to add some dimension. Let Dry. The Party is ON!

Do you need a party invitation? Well, I have that for you too! Using a 5"x7" rectangle I filled with fireworks and stacked the 2 food plates. Copied and pasted the burger plate to color and fussy cut. Using a Star edge die I went around the edges not to exceed the 5"x7" I used Copic® Markers to color my images. On the reverse side of the the Star Die cut image I applied 1" Tear-ific® Tape to cover the star cut-outs and fussy cut the excess tape off around the edges. On a coffee filter apply Navy glitter and burnish into the stars. Empty excess on to the coffee filter. On a 5"x7" card base adhere 1/4" Tear-ific Tape butting each row next to the next. Peel every other row, set on coffee filter and apply Red Glitter and burnish in. Empty excess on to coffee filter. Peel the remaining rows and on clean coffee filter set the card base and apply white glitter and burnish in. Empty excess onto coffee filter. Adhere the star cut food image to the card base with the red and white stripes exposed around the edges. Adhere the fussy cut burger plate over the main image using Foam Tape giving depth. I used a stitched tag die to cut-out the sentiment and edged with Mix'dMedia® School house Red ink. Adhered the sentiment with double layer of Foam Tape. Wasn't that FUN?

I hope you enjoyed making these delightful cards with me. Eunice and Gertrude said they had a wonderful time! Stop by again soon- I have another NEW Digital Stamp Set release on June 1.

Stay safe and stay Healthy!

Hugs,
