Hello Digi Diva's,
Like many of you I have Christmas Cards galore to make yet. Today, I received a NEW die in the mail and couldn't wait to try it. So, I thought I would share what I got and make a card for my Christmas Card List. This will be a quickie!
Hammermill 100 lb. white cover stock Dimensional Glue
Red AstroBrights Card Stock 1/4" Tear-ific Tape
Green AstroBrights Card Stock Nuvo Embellishment Mousse - Gold
Gold Metalic Card Stock - from Stash Small Paint Brush
Multiple Greens Cardstock - From Stash 3M Foam Tape
Gold Seed Beads JOY Die
The Paper Studio - Holly Embossing Folder Shaping Tool / Stylist
MS- Greenery Punch
Here we go... I punched out a number of the MS-Greenery Punch in several shades of green from scraps in my stash.
With one of the larger scraps I fit the Joy Die and ran through the Big Shot.
On a scrap of Metallic Gold I ran the Joy die through again for the letters.
Ran the flower and berry die through the Big Shot on Red scrap 5x's.
Ran the leaf and Twig Die through the Big Shot on scrap green 6x's.
Moistened the back of the flowers and leaves to shape. Let dry.
Turn the Joy die cut over and snip the
Greenery punches to size, glue randomly in
place and varying in color.
Turn back to front and randomly glue the red flowers, green leaves and twigs.
Glue a seed bead in each of the flowers.
Randomly glue berries around in the greenery.
3M Foam Tape on the back side of the Gold Letters.
Cut the AstroBrights Red Card Stock to 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" and apply 1/4" tear-ific tape to the back side.
Cut the AstroBrights Green Card Stock to 4-1/4"x 6" and apply 1/4" Tear-ific Tape to the back side. Adhere to the front of the Red Card stock in the center.
Cut the Hammermill White Coverstock to 4"x5-3/4" and emboss with the Paper Studio-Holly Embossing Folder. Apply Nuvo Gold Embellishment Mousse around the edges with a small paint brush. As Shown.
Adhere centered in the green.
Using Dimensional Glue adhere the Joy Die cut centered on card front.
Adhere the Gold Letters with 3M Foam Tape
in the spaces provided.
Cut Hammermill 100lb. White Coverstock to
9"x6", score and fold at 4-1/2" to make card base.
Adhere the card front to the card base.
