Hammermill® 100lb. White Coverstock B91, B93, B95, B97 - Shorts
5"x7" Core'dinations® Pink Solid Core E30, E33, E35 - Shoes
5"x7" Core'dinations® Red Solid Core E21, E23, Multiliner Brown - Boy Hair
5"x7" Hammermill® White Cardstock E50, E51, E53, R01 - Skin
5"x7" Cardbase N1, N3, N5 - Table & Chairs
gemini® Decadent Hearts Die Set R11, R14, R17, R29, R39 - Hearts
Nesting Scalloped Heart Dies RV00, RV mix, RV02, RV52 - Dress
Tear-ific Tape® W1 - Shadows
Dimensional Glue® Y21, YR23, YR24 - Girl Hair
To start this special Sweethearts match we need to size and range the images and sentiments.
I sized an oval 3-3/4"x3/4" and tinted it with 20% gray with no outline.
I then sized the Sweethearts image
3-1/2"x2-3/4" and centered on the oval.
I then sized the Double Hearts to 1-3/4" and angled and moved just above the heads as shown.
Print on Hammermill® White 100lb. Coverstock.
Color as desired. I chose to color my images with COPIC® markers.
The colors used are listed above under COPIC®. Some are listed on picture.
Parts needs before the start of assembly.
Colored image, 5"x7" cardbase, 5"x7" Core'dinations® Red cardstock, 5"x7" Core'denations® Pink cardstock, 5"x7" White cardstock, gemini® Decadent Hearts Die Set, and Nesting Scalloped Hearts.
Trim the Pink cardstock to 4-3/4"x7" and arrange the gemini® Decadent hearts die set on the pink with straight edge at top as shown and the right edge at edge as shown.
Next to smallest scalloped heart just to fill in below as shown. Run through the Big Shot®.
Trim around the scalloped heart to match the decadent hearts as shown.
Cut a couple of extra scalloped hearts from the scraps of the pink. (2 smallest hearts.)
Position the outer edge of the gemini® Decadent Hearts die to the top and to the right edge of the white 5"x7" cardstock and run through the Big Shot®.
Align and adhere the Pink Decadent Hearts to the White cutout using Dimensional Glue®. Trim the excess white from around the pink scalloped heart.
Adhere the Pink and White Decadent Hearts front to the front of the 5"x7" card front and trim halfway down as shown.
Add some of the smaller hearts in the scalloped heart as shown.
Fussy Cut your colored sweetheart image out.
Position and adhere the Sweethearts image to the card front as shown. Finish trimming the cardbase around the image and pink Decadent Hearts.
OPTIONAL: Edge a name plate using VersaMagic® Pixie Dust. Adhere name plate and extra heart and heart parts to the back of the card as shown.
Adhere the 5"x7" red to the interior of the cardbase using Tear-ific Tape®. Using some of the extra heart shapes randomly adhere around the card front as shown. Trim off any excess.
Cutout your sentiment and edge using VersaMagic® Pixie Dust and adhere amongst the hearts on the red as shown.
I added a red envelope and to the lower left corner I added a couple of scrap heart parts to the envelope.
