Fussy Cut a strip of the DCWV Halloween Chevron paper as shown; apply 1/4" Tear-ific Tape on the reverse side.

Use Dimensional Glue and adhere the word Spellbound to the Green Halo.

Apply 1/4" Tear-ific Tape to the back of the sentiment and adhere to the 12x12 Black about 1/2" in and about 2" from the bottom as shown.

Used a Glitter Pen - Violet to accent the lettering of the sentiment and green for the cat's eyes.

I love this page, Jan! I have Witchy Gertie in my collection of your images and will dig her out for a Halloween card. You did a great job on the color of her skin and I'm going to copy that as closely as I can. Thanks for the inspiration.
