I'd like to share with you how I made this angelic card for the Turner Syndrome Awareness Blog Hop Challenge taking place this February 1st thru 28th, 2021.

MATERIALS LIST:

Hammermill® 100 lb. White Coverstock E04, E11, E13, E15, E50, E51, E53,

Green Solid core Card Stock R02, R81, R83, R85

Pre-made Roses - Pink & Yellow RV00

Nuvo® Glitter Drops - White Blizzard G00, B00

Foam Tape YG03, YG05, YG07, YG61, YG63, YG67

Stamen N1, N2, N3

Dimensional® Glue C0, C1, C3

Tear-ific® Tape Copic® Multiliner Sepia BS

Spellbinders® Radiant Rectangles #7 Dies Copic® Airbrush - OPTIONAL

Small paint brush


Draw a 5"x7" rectangle in the lower right hand corner of a landscape layout. Size the Fairy image 3"x5-1/2" and place about 5/8" from the left rectangle line and about 5/8" from the bottom of the rectangle line. Size the sentiment to 1-3/4" and place between her two feet as shown. Copy the fairy and paste on the right side of the layout.


Size the butterfly spray 2"x2-3/4" place as to appear she is blowing them. Add randomly the chromosome symbol and the woman symbol in various sizes with the butterflies.

Print twice on Hammermill® 100 lb. White Coverstock.


I colored the images with Copic® markers.

Fussy cut one of the fairies as a mask as shown. Align the Mask over the fairy image.

Cut a cloud mask and a grass mask. It can be a die cut or fussy cut.




I used the Copic® Air brush, cloud mask and B00 marker to make to clouds. Some may choose to smudge with ink.


I then used the Copic® Air brush, grass mask and YG61 and YG63 on the lower portion for grass. Again, some my choose to smudge with ink.


I then used the Copic® Air brush and R81 to tip the rose petal edges on both pink and yellow roses.



Cut a 5"x7" green card stock rectangle and center the largest Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles #7 die on the Rectangle and run through your die cutting machine.


Using Tear-ific® Tape adhere the 5"x7" Fairy rectangle to a 5"x7" cardbase with the fold on the left hand side.


Fussy cut the third Fairy as shown.

Using Nuvo® Glitter Drops- White Blizzard on the wings and brush over the wings and brush on the tips of the flower petals on the Fairy and the roses. Let Dry.


Using foam tape adhere the fussy cut Fairy over the Fairy on the cardbase.


Cut out about four (4) silhouette butterflies, fold in half and adhere with dimensional glue over a corresponding butterfly. Let Dry.


Using foam tape adhere the green frame on the card cover and embellish with the rose buds and stamen as shown using dimensional glue. Let Dry.


OPTIONAL: Adhere the green cut out on the backside of the cardbase centered using Tear-ific® Tape.
