My designs at Jan’s Digital Stamp Shop are copyrighted- they are covered under United States and international copyright laws and treaties. I’d like to thank you in advance for respecting my unique hand drawn and colored images!  That said- here is Jan’s Digital Stamp Shop’s Angel Policy:

My Digital Images are for personal use only.  They may not be used as business trademarks, logos, or promotional materials without my permission.

You may sell your handmade projects using my Digital Images using the following criteria:

• Digital Images may only be used to create original works by you- not to be reused by a third party or resold to a third party.

• My Digital Images may only be used to create handmade, limited works- not to be mass produced or electronically copied.

• Anyone selling their original works assumes all liability for their work. By selling your handmade works that include my Digital Images, you agree to indemnify Jan’s Digital Stamp Shop from any disputes that may arise from the creation of your work.
